Reporting Bugs

If something goes awry with Mail Minder we want to know about it. You can help us if you give us the following information when reporting a bug. Note: we will not give out any information you're sent us in a bug report. See our Privacy Policy.

We need to know

what version of Mail Minder you're running. ( You can find this on the "About Mail Minder" from the Misc Settings tab)
your account name
iOS version
Type of iPhone/iPad
the Source and Minder you're having trouble with
a detailed description of the problem you're having
